Particulate Filter Elements

If we are removing solid particulate from a gas or liquid a single layer structure is used and the flow direction through the filter element should be from outside-to-inside. A support core is recommended for all liquid applications.

Standard type (Epoxy Ester Resin) eg 12-57-50

Suitable for all particulate removal in non-corrosive applications at temperatures up to 150¼C

S type (Silica Inorganic Resin) eg 12-57-50S

For high temperature applications up to 500¼C. Good solvent resistance.

K type (PVDF Flurocarbon Resin) eg 12-57-50K

Specified in corrosive applications because of excellent chemical resistance. Recommended where highly reactive gases are being analysed, since these elements exhibit very low levels of absorption. Temperatures up to 150¼C

L type (Silicone Resin) eg 12-57-50L

Hydrophobic filter elements with good steam resistance, temperatures up to 200¼C
